Sky Portal
Infinite skies beneath the surfaceSky Portal is a purpose-built sculpture set just beneath the surface of a remote hillside. At the heart of this installation is a mirrored cube placed into a perfectly cut hole in the ground. A narrow channel allows viewers to walk down and peer into the portal: a small opening on the cube’s side where the sky overhead is reflected and refracted into a hypnotic, kaleidoscopic expanse, transforming the everyday sky into an ever-changing realm of infinite reflections.
