Abrigo Do Sol / Sun Shelter
A silent chamber where light takes form.A light installation concealed within a simple stone shelter. From the outside, it resembles a rural outbuilding; inside, it is a flawless black void, framing a single, concentrated beam of natural light. A narrow floor-to-ceiling slit allows the light to enter, collected and directed through hidden optics. Suspended in darkness, the beam appears almost solid, recalling fleeting moments when sunlight passes through a gap, illuminating dust in the air. Viewings by appointment only.
